Background, our philosophy and aims
A community will develop with those involved living there in part permanently or at regular intervals. Others may wish to spend their vacation there or attend a workshop, course or seminar.
Our central idea is to focus on the complete person, on their spiritual origins, with the aim of discovering and living according to one’s own potential.
Our thoughts will become our actions, our reality. When we are aware of this we are no longer subjects to our unconscious creations, but are involved in creating a vision of a new world.
Artists who work together with the project can construct their own studios and workshops and by sharing their art, create a free academy for all. Children can forget the pressures of school and hectic daily routines, and once more live freely in their own world.
Creativity, inspiration, the ability to communicate and deal with conflict, are encouraged through specific activities and the structure of daily life in the community.
The ecological diversity of Cilento means we must treat nature with respect. Environmentally friendly behaviour through reducing the amount of rubbish produced, conscientious use of water and energy, as well as biodynamic cultivation methods and naturally grown food are fundamental to the community.
To avoid the pressures of bank interest rate politics that demand rapid economic success, the project must develop without large bank loans. We are therefore seeking people who wish to support such a project.
